Technology & Media Service Desk

We provide support for faculty and staff computers, as well as all on-campus computer labs.

Computer Lab Support

Student lab assistants provide support for all computer labs on campus.

The lab assistants can be reached by phone at ex. 2111.  When classes are held in the labs, they will not be open for general use.  You may check 25Live for lab availability. Food and drink are prohibited in all labs at all times, and lab assistants have the right to ask for proper Nazareth identification at any time.

Student Workers

We hire students to assist with technology needs and services. Please stop by the Technology and Media Service Desk located in the Library to fill out an application. Also look for open job postings on Handshake.

Media & Equipment

Placing a Request

Media equipment is available for classroom use, faculty, staff, and student functions, and other events. A list of available equipment is provided below. Media equipment may be checked out from the Technology and Media Services Desk. Since media equipment use always is subject to availability, we strongly recommend making requests in advance -- up to one year prior to the required date of use. To ensure that delivery can be scheduled as you desire even when the equipment is available, please be sure to place your request at least 2 business days in advance.

To place a request, call extension 2111 or 389-2111 from off-campus. We will need the following information from you:

  • Name
  • Department
  • Phone number
  • Type of equipment needed
  • Date needed
  • Start time
  • End time
  • Delivery location
  • Class size

Technology and Media Services staff will deliver and set up the requested equipment, as well as provide technical assistance when needed. We suggest that you allow sufficient time to become familiar with and test equipment on location prior to your presentation.

Some media equipment is also available for borrowing. See list below.
