COVID-19 protocols

For in-person events, COVID-19 protocols to support health and safety:

Masks are required indoors. Beginning Saturday, Jan. 29, 2022, all on-campus Admissions visitors ages 5 and over must be vaccinated and do two things on the day of your visit:

  • Fill out Nazareth's screening form online (about symptoms and recent COVID-19 exposure or positive test).
  • Upon arrival, show your digital "green badge" (screening result) and proof of vaccination (paper or digital). (Testing is not an alternative to vaccination.)
