Then and Now ~ Trickle Down Inspiration
Yi-Wen Chang, piano
Inspired by the paintings of Francisco Goya, composer Enrique Granados created one of the greatest piano works, Goyescas. Around a century later, the renowned Spanish composer, Benet Casablancas, was inspired by Granados' music and composed two richly coloured piano pieces to pay tribute to Granados.
