Hands & Hearts for Ukraine

October 17, 2015 6 – 8 p.m.

Please join us Saturday, October 17th @ 6:00PM for Hands & Hearts for Ukraine, a community sponsored event. Help us welcome Rector Ihor Rasichnyk and Dr. Eduard Balashov, Director of International Studies at the National University Ostroh Academy of Ukraine, who are visiting Rochester to help establish and promote an academic relationship with Nazareth College. 

The evening will include:

  • Cultural Program ... Zhanna Polyanska-Wirlo, Malvy - Yuliya Pavlyuk-Kret, and Nickole Riedl-Sleight.
  • Video Presentation ... National University Ostroh Academy of Ukraine
  • Keynote Presentation ... "Higher Education and Politics in Ukraine" - Rector Ihor Pasichnyk & Dr. Eduard Balashov
  • Ukranian Style Buffet
  • Recognition of Rochester Community Humanitarian Aid to Ukraine Initiatives

Reservervation tickets available at Ukranian FCU: Main Office (824 East Ridge Rd.) and Webster Branch (900 Holt Rd.). Tickets also available at the Ukrainian Cultural Center.

$20 donation made payable to "Ukrainian Cultural Center" is encouraged.
