About the documentaries:

Andhere Se Pehle (Before Dark) depicts the revolt of the people of Raigarh district of Chattisgarh state in India, against Jindal Thermal Power Plant Limited. This documentary is dedicated to the struggle for livelihood and human rights.

India's Coal Rush, a short documentary made by news channel Al Jazeera, takes a dark journey through the coal belt of Jharkhand and West Bengal states, to look at the winners and losers of this booming industry.
