Angels of Mercy of Rochester provides handmade dresses to girls in the U.S. and developing countries that are at risk for being kidnapped into human trafficking. The girls are so excited to receive these dresses and providing a new dress may discourage would-be predators. This event involves making simple yarn dolls that go in the pockets of the dresses that are then given to girls around the world.
