  • 11:15 - noon: An Introduction to Assistive Hearing and Alerting Devices, Deborah Sanderson, RHCS
  • 1 - 1:45 p.m.: Does Your Hearing Aid Fit? John McNamara, Ontario Hearing
  • 2 - 2:45 p.m.:  HOPE - Hearing Other People's Experiences, Joe Kozelsky, ret. Webster Hearing
  • 3 - 3:45 p.m.: How to Help Your Audiologist Help You, Matt McDonald, Dalzells Hearing
