· That behavior management is a Science(ABA)-Function-Based Thinking mindset.

· Diverse needs and challenges facing students in Rochester City School District-E.g. Trauma etc.

· The role Emotional Competence and Self-awareness by teachers play in creating a positive classroom environment.

· Relationship building and classroom management strategies-Tier 1

· Finally, how all these factors can adversely or positively affect students' academic achievement.
