Chinese New Year, Year of Pig, is on Feb 5. CIE teams with Naz Dining Services to design a special menu for New Year Eve's Dinner on Feb 4.
Chinese New Year Eve Menu in Dining Hall:
Teriyaki Green Beans, Vegetable Lo Mein with Beef on the Side, Pork AND Vegetable Potstickers with Assorted Sauces, Orange Salmon, Sesame Chicken, Rack of Lamb(Farm to Table), White Rice, and Sesame Rice Balls as well as Oranges.
Come and Enjoy the most important meal of the year in the Chinese Culture and Enjoy the Chinese New Year Song/Music as well ! Wish Naz community the best luck for the Year of Pig, 2019 !
