DESCRIPTION:<p><span id=\"docs-internal-guid-151aec2c-218c-aaec-9e4e-c72b3bc49468\"><span>The Ad Hoc Committee for Diversity and Inclusion has worked diligently over the summer months on the development of a draft of the Nazareth College Strategic Plan for Diversity and Inclusion. Now it's necessary for our community to invest time discussing the issues and participating in conversations that can inform the first draft of the plan.  <\span><\span><\p>\n<ul>\n<li>We held a faculty assembly at the beginning of the academic year.  <\li>\n<li>This next event focuses on College staff. We are planning an exciting morning of information and conversation\, which will include a panel discussion\, as well as a breakout session.  I and the Vice Presidents are fully supportive of this effort and encourage a high level of attendance from each unit. We will send more details as they become available.<\li>\n<li>Next will be a student event.<\li>\n<\ul>
