DESCRIPTION:
In this workshop\, students will examine the power of poetry to express\, convince and engage. The role of voice\, sound\, rhythm\, and visual arrangement is as important as vocabulary! Attendees will discover that poetry's tools sharpen attention\, so each poem becomes a vital sign - an extension of one's heart and thoughts put into action\, shared with the world. <\span><\span><\p>\n
Kathryn Jospé\, the workshop presenter\, is a former teacher of French and a poet.
