DESCRIPTION:<p>All students\, staff and faculty are invited\, and no experience is necessary!<\p>\n<p>- Brief introduction to the practice of zazen<br \>- 2 rounds of a 20-minute sitting\, each followed by 5 minutes of walking meditation (kinhin)<br \>- end with a few minutes for questions and comments<\p>\n<p>Roy Stein is a professor in the School of Management and director of the Nazareth College Music\Business program. His formal practice of Zen Buddhism and Zen mediation (zazen) began in 1991 as a member of the Rochester Zen Center. Currently\, he is a formal student of Zen Master Roshi Rafe Martin and practices regularly at Rochester’s Endless Path Zendo.<\p>\n<p>Chairs\, meditation benches and cushions will be provided.<\p>
