DESCRIPTION:<p>The hour will consist of a brief introduction to the practice of zazen\, two rounds of a 20 minute sitting with each followed by 5 minutes of walking meditation (kinhin)\, ending with a few minutes for questions and comments.<\p>\n<p>Roy Stein is a professor in the School of Management and is the Director of the Nazareth College Music Business program. Roy’s formal practice of Zen Buddhism and Zen mediation (zazen) began in 1991 as a member of the Rochester Zen Center. Currently\, Roy is a formal student of Zen Master Roshi Rafe Martin and practices regularly at Rochester’s Endless Path Zendo.<\p>\n<p>All students\, staff and faculty are invited and no level of experience is necessary!!<\p>
