DESCRIPTION:<p>Project Homeless Connect Rochester (PHC) has a mission to rally the city to support and create lasting solutions for homeless Rochesterians.  The annual event\, held this year on Tuesday\, October 15 from 8 a.m.-3 p.m. in the Blue Cross Arena\, brings together volunteers to partner with city government\, non-profits and the private sector to provide a one-stop-shop of health and human services for homeless Rochesterians.  Interested individuals or groups should attend a meeting for a brief training on how to be successful volunteers.
