DESCRIPTION:<p>In this workshop\, students and community members will examine the power of poetry to express\, convince and engage. <\p>\n<p>Attendees will discover that poetry's tool sharpen attention\, so every poem becomes a vital sign - an extension of one's heart and thoughts put in action\, shared with the world. <\p>\n<p>About the presenter:<\p>\n<p>Kitty Jospé is a poet and a former teacher of French. She has published five books of poetry and leads two weekly poetry appreciation classes. Since 1998\, she has been a docent at the Memorial Art Gallery and enjoys guiding people to see how art and word invite the imagination. <\p>
