*We partner with Wegmans pharmacy in Pittsford, so your prescription can be delivered to the Health and Counseling Services office at Nazareth. Call Wegmans pharmacy, 585-381-1305, to set it up.

Costs

There is no charge to see a provider. All students are responsible for off-site lab fees incurred in association with care received.

Confidentiality

All contact is confidential. Medical information can be released only with a student's written permission.

Services for Veterans

Fee for PPD skin test or MMR is waived.

FLU shots

 Community pharmacies (Rite-Aid, Wegmans etc.) give flu shots to students 18 years and older. Take your insurance card when you go.
