Nazareth Marketing and Communications Honored for Work

Published June 17, 2016

Nazareth College’s Marketing and Communications team is receiving high honors for its work both nationally and locally. Nazareth College received a 2016 Circle of Excellence Bronze Award from the Council for the Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) for its student recruitment publication "In Our Words." Nazareth also received two PRism Awards from the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Rochester Chapter, one for "In Our Words" and one for its alumni magazine Connections.

The Circle of Excellence awards program recognizes outstanding work in advancement services, alumni relations, communications, fundraising, and marketing at CASE member institutions worldwide. In 2016, CASE received more than 3,350 entries for consideration in nearly 100 categories by 713 member higher education institutions, independent schools, and nonprofits from around the globe.

The PRSA PRism Awards, an Anvil Awards Program, recognize complete public relations programs and tactical elements incorporating sound research, planning, execution, and evaluation. They must meet the highest standards of performance in public relations to be considered for a PRism Award.
