All fryer oil is regularly filtered to extend the life of the product and then recycled for alternate use such as BIOFUELS and cosmetics.

Food Service Supply Chain System is configured to reduce the carbon footprint as well as storage space and freshness.

Sourced local products wherever able and utilize regional patterns in the same fashion.

All of the paper consumables  are from recycled products.4

Utilize a Pre-Consumer food recycling program to decrease land fill usages.

Single Stream Recycling Program at all sites allowing us to maximize recycling without the overwhelming presence of receptacles.

Equipment maintained to operate at it’s appropriate level to reduce power consumption and efficiency.
