Of the Class of 2025, 54% were in the workforce, 31% continued their education at Nazareth — often pursuing fields that require advanced degrees such as physical therapy (D.P.T.), social work (M.S.W.), and education (M.S. Ed.) — and 13% went on to other graduate schools. Nazareth's data-gathering processes adhere to national standards. (Class of 2025 within six months after graduating. Data was available for 80% of the class. Alumni who were both in grad school and employed were categorized based on their primary role where possible.)

All undergraduate degrees at Nazareth provide a strong foundation in the liberal arts, including an integrated studies sequence chosen by students. The approach develops skills that employers value. Nazareth began offering B.F.A. programs in 2012, which now include acting, art studio, musical theatre, theatre design and technology, and visual communication design.
