Student's Perspective

"The positive learning environment, respectful faculty, and rigorous curriculum make TESOL a strong program that enhanced my professional competencies and led to my current career as a qualified English as a foreign language teacher. My opinions and participation were valued by both professors and peers, and I benefited from classmates' experiences and insights, since most of them were experienced teachers or leaders from varied areas. Compared with TESOL programs at other colleges/universities, where non-native speakers account for the biggest category, the TESOL program at Nazareth provides more practical knowledge, as well as English language proficiency for foreign students like me."
