COMPETITIVE TEAMS

  • Newest: Women's hockey (2018), Men’s Rugby (2019), Women’s Rowing (2019)
  • Competition: Nazareth competes in the Empire 8 Conference with Alfred, Elmira, Hartwick, Houghton, Sage, St. John Fisher, Stevens Institute of Technology, and Utica. Men's volleyball competes in the United Volleyball Conference. The hockey teams are in the United Collegiate Hockey Conference.

MODERN FACILITIES

  • Golisano Training Center opens fall 2019 — including a 200-meter indoor track, 4 multi-purpose courts, a turf field, fitness center, and group exercise space
  • 2,200-seat Golden Flyer Stadium on campus

CHAMPIONS

  • 2017-18 Empire 8 Conference champions: women's tennis, women's swimming and diving, and men's basketball. Golden Flyers also competed in the  championships for men's soccer, women's soccer, women's volleyball, men's swimming and diving, men's volleyball, women's lacrosse and women's softball.
  • Individual All-Americans: women's soccer, women's volleyball, men's volleyball, men's lacrosse, men's basketball, men's hockey, women's swimming, men's track and field and women's track and field recently.
  • National champs: Men's lacrosse won the NCAA Division III national championship in 1992, 1996, and 1997 and reached the national title game in 1995, 1998, and 2004. Nazareth won the Molten Division III national title in men's volleyball in 2011.
