Campus Life

Resources

You'll find resources for support in all corners of our campus, whether you need personal guidance, help writing a research paper, advice on choosing a major, or assistance finding a job. Just ask.

Academic Counseling

All students receive advisement.

  • The Academic Advisement Center assists you with academic planning and program development until you have been accepted into a major program, when you're assigned a faculty advisor from that department to help you choose your classes, answer your questions during the semester, and mentor you.
  • The Center for Life's Work partners with students to create and start a path from college to careers and lives of meaning. Career coaches help you plan and integrate your academics, skills, and experiences with your passions.
  • The Center for Student Success is available to help you, your advisers, and your teachers to facilitate your adjustment to college and academic life.
  • The Charles G. Mills Writing Center provides support as you develop writing and critical thinking skills essential to written communication.
  • The Michael C. Walker Math Center provides you with alternative textbooks and a free tutoring program. The Center is open to all majors.

Other Support Services
