Dear Fellow Alumni

Staying connected with former classmates used to require little more than an envelope and a stamp, didn’t it? Nowadays there are many more ways to stay in touch, from cell phones and social media to professional networking and personal gatherings. We want you to know about everything Nazareth has to offer, so we’ve made it easier than ever to connect with the College—and with each other—no matter where you live. You can:

  • Read Connections (and submit a Class Note)
  • Call up an old classmate or fellow parent
  • Register for reunion (visit alumni.naz.edu/reunion)
  • Attend a chapter event
  • Like the Facebook page for Nazareth College Alumni and Friends
  • Follow the College on Twitter (@NazarethCollege)

Our alumni chapters developed lots of great opportunities for involvement during the past year, and they have exciting things planned for the coming months. Alums in Rochester, Albany, Buffalo, Syracuse, New York City, Long Island, Boston, Philadelphia, Charlotte, N.C., Columbus, Ohio, south Florida, and Washington, D.C. have enjoyed getting together for sports and cultural events, community service, and informal celebrations. (You can see photos from the most recent events on page 39.) It’s easy to connect to those groups and stay current on their upcoming plans: just check out alumni.naz.edu/events or join the Facebook groups for chapters by searching “Nazareth College _____ Chapter.”

The best way to stay connected? Make sure Nazareth can connect with you! Go to alumni.naz.edu and update your contact information so you’ll always be informed about the events and opportunities offered to Nazareth alums. More and more communication is happening via email, and we want to make sure we know how to reach you. Got some good ideas for the alumni office? While you’re online, share them with us, or take a few minutes to complete a chapter survey.

We’re looking forward to connecting with you soon!

With warm regards,
