Sayak Valencia Distinguished Lecture

January 29, 2019 6 – 8 p.m.

Every two seconds, a person is being displaced from their countries of origin. Do you want to know more about this crisis?

Join us for a presentation and a dialog on current issues such as migration, refugee crisis, human rights, politics, and violence, and how these issues relate to the economy. This lecture will be facilitated by distinguished international scholar Sayak Valencia and an invited panel of Latin American Studies scholars from The University of Nevada, Reno and Nazareth College.

This event is free and open to the public. The content will be in English and Spanish.

Come join us for a conversation.
