An unexpected and profound spiritual experience set Fran Grace, a professor of religious studies, on a journey to find out the secrets of love. Her journey led to encounters with leaders from different religious traditions, and artists, scientists, and luminaries from diverse walks of life, leading her back to her own heart. Her book, The Power of Love: A Transformed Heart Changes the World, weaves together her inner journey with her encounters in the outer world. On Thursday, October 10th, from 7 to 9 pm, at the Linehan Chapel, Grace will share with us her journey, giving testimony to the power of love—beyond political, sectarian, racial and any such boundaries—to change our hearts and the world for better.
