Interested in some real quiet time? Try an hour of traditional Zen Meditation (zazen). Professor Roy Stein will be conducting an hour long meditation sitting every Tuesday from 6-7 p.m. in the Linehan Chapel and Saturday from 9:30-11 a.m the Golisano Academic Center meditation room (room 101). The hour will consist of a brief introduction to the practice of zazen, two rounds of a 20 minute sitting with each followed by 5 minutes of walking meditation (kinhin), ending with a few minutes for questions and comments. Beginners welcome!
