This year as a part of Un Sogno Siciliano: Da Akragas al Kaos Pirandelliano (A Sicilian Deam: From Akragas to Pirandilliano Chaos) event series presented by 2019's Mancini Lecture and Centro Nazionale Studi Pirandelliani, we invite you to join us for a viewing of Paolo and Vittorio Taviani's film, "Kaos," based on the short stories of Luigi Pirandello.

"Kaos" interprets four of Luigi Pirandello's short stories (from his series "Novelle per un anno") that center around a raven, a werewolf, a feudal landlord, peasants, a mother and her sons, and all the trials and tribulations that go along with them.

Professor Maria Rosaria Vitti-Alexander will host a discussion following the film with refreshments.

*movie will be shown in Italian with English subtitles
