Nature, Spirituality and Community. Spending an autumn Day in Nature right after midterms is the best way to reconnect with oneself and others while opening to the incredible richness of the natural world of which we are integral part of. We will hike in Letchworth, one of the most notable examples of gorge scenery in the eastern United States! Often being called "The Grand Canyon of the East". Letchworth was once the hunting grounds of the Seneca Indians, the area is rich in local history. A museum located within the park is well worth visiting.
After our hike, we will have dinner together at the park before heading back home.
