As the representative body of the Alumni Association, the Advisory Board’s membership should reflect the diversity of our alumni population. As such, the Board should include members from at least five different decades, and a diversity of identities, including, but not limited to: race, ethnicity, religion, gender, and sexual orientation. Additionally, membership should also represent diversity in occupation, fields, and professional affliations. The ideal candidate for the Board will have demonstrated involvement with Nazareth, a creative and visionary mindset and the ability to fulfill the duties and expectations of the Board.
The Membership Committee will review and approve interested and qualified candidates to serve on the Executive Committee. A member of the Alumni Engagement staff, along with the Chair, will review and appoint members for the Alumni Advisory Board at large.
