Eligibility: Community college students who are members of Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) honor society qualify for direct admission to Nazareth University.
The form includes when you plan to transfer and your program of interest.
Ask all colleges you've attended (their records or registrar's office) to send an official transcript to Nazareth. Also, if you've earned fewer than 30 college credits, ask your high school to send your official high school transcript.
Your credit transfer: Within 2–3 weeks, we’ll send you a formal credit evaluation so you see exactly how your credits transfer to Naz.
For financial aid, add Nazareth University to your FAFSA online.
For the art, dance, music, and theatre programs: Review the visual and performing arts guidelines and register for any required audition or portfolio review.
