You may request a withdrawal with refund for the amount paid (minus $35 non-refundable processing fee) within 24 hours of your enrollment in the course. After the 24-hour deadline has passed, no refunds will be granted. Furthermore, if you have completed the course content within the 24-hour period, you are no longer eligible to request a refund.
Refund requests will be reviewed by Nazareth University within two business days. If approved, you will be notified and unenrolled from the course. Please note that the typical turnaround time for refund processing through PayPal is 7-10 working days.
To request a refund, please send an email from the email account used at registration to learners@naz.edu. Please write ‘Refund Request’ in the subject line and include your full name, the title of the course in which you are enrolled, and the reason for your request in the body of your message.
