Amazon Hubs on Campus

Two available:

  • "Asclepiade" is next to the bookstore in the basement of Shults.
  • The newer "Commerces" is in the basement of the Golisano Academic Center.

Students, faculty, and staff: If you order from Amazon to be delivered to campus, you can choose a hub locker, giving you anytime access to pick up your packages. (Central Mail Services does NOT have access to these lockers and can not assist with whether an item has been delivered there yet.)

Students: If you will receive mail under a "preferred name," please be sure it is updated/noted through the Records and Registration office, to ensure the package/mail gets to you.

How will I know when I have mail?

Students: You’ll receive an email from Central Mail Services anytime you receive a package or first-class mail that's ready for pick up.

When and where can I pick up my mail/packages?

Please bring your student ID to pick up your item(s) at the Central Mail Services counter, Shults 023 (lower level, near Campus Safety) during the hours posted above.

Sending outgoing mail

  • Students can purchase stamps and ship packages at Central Mail Services, Shults 23. We only accept cash or prepaid labels.
  • Faculty and Staff can mail/ship through Central Mail Services (Shults 23) for departmental chargebacks or for personal mail needs. Most departmental mail is managed from package rooms in the Admissions House, GAC-81, YWRI-238, PH-220, and Arts Center A-172. Mail runs are once daily at 12:30 p.m., so have mail bags ready at your designated location by 12:15 p.m. If you miss that time, you could bring it to Central Mail Services by 3 p.m.

This Amazon hub locker, next to the  bookstore, is available as an Amazon pickup location.

Mail and Package Policies

During academic year

All packages must be picked up within 30 days unless other arrangements are made through Central Mail Services. Unclaimed packages will be returned to sender (if allowed by shipper) or donated/discarded.

All PERISHABLE packages must be picked up within 3 days or will be discarded.

If you are no longer on campus:

  • First-class mail not picked up will be forwarded to the student's address on file.
  • Presort standard (junk) mail will be discarded/recycled.
  • Perishable packages will be discarded.
  • USPS packages can be forwarded to your address on file at your request. All other packages (i.e. Amazon, UPS, DHL, etc) will require you to send us a prepaid label via email if you want them shipped home. Please email centralmailservices@naz.edu for requests/inquiries.

 *Note We will forward mail for 6 months after you leave campus. Then all mail/packages will be returned to sender. 

Please remember to change your address with your various vendors (i.e. Amazon, Etsy, Shein, etc.)
