Students, faculty, and staff: If you order from Amazon to be delivered to campus, you can choose a hub locker, giving you anytime access to pick up your packages. (Central Mail Services does NOT have access to these lockers and can not assist with whether an item has been delivered there yet.)

Students: If you will receive mail under a "preferred name," please be sure it is updated/noted through the Records and Registration office, to ensure the package/mail gets to you.
How will I know when I have mail?
Students: You’ll receive an email from Central Mail Services anytime you receive a package or first-class mail that's ready for pick up.
When and where can I pick up my mail/packages?
Please bring your student ID to pick up your item(s) at the Central Mail Services counter, Shults 023 (lower level, near Campus Safety) during the hours posted above.
This Amazon hub locker, next to the bookstore, is available as an Amazon pickup location.
During academic year
All packages must be picked up within 30 days unless other arrangements are made through Central Mail Services. Unclaimed packages will be returned to sender (if allowed by shipper) or donated/discarded.
All PERISHABLE packages must be picked up within 3 days or will be discarded.
If you are no longer on campus:
*Note We will forward mail for 6 months after you leave campus. Then all mail/packages will be returned to sender.
Please remember to change your address with your various vendors (i.e. Amazon, Etsy, Shein, etc.)
