Receiving Mail on campus

How will I know when I have mail?

Students: You’ll receive an email from Central Mail Services anytime you receive a package or first-class mail that is ready for pick up.

When and where can I pick up my mail/packages?

Please bring your student ID with you to pick up your item(s) in Central Mail Services, Shults 023 (lower level, near Campus Safety) during the following hours:

  • Mondays-Fridays: 10 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. (hours may vary based on incoming volume)
  • Saturdays: 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
  • Sundays: Closed

Sending outgoing mail

  • Students can purchase stamps and ship packages at Central Mail Services, Shults 23.
  • Faculty and Staff can mail/ship through Central Mail Services (Shults 23) for departmental chargebacks or for personal mail needs. Most departmental mail is managed from package rooms in the Admissions House, GAC-81, YWRI-238, PH-220, and Arts Center A-172. Mail runs are once daily at 12:30 p.m., so have mail bags ready at your designated location by 12:15 p.m. If you miss that time, you could bring it to Central Mail Services by 3 p.m.

Package Tracking

END OF ACADEMIC YEAR NOTICE TO STUDENTS:

All first-class mail not picked up will be forwarded to the student's address on file. All presort standard (junk mail) will be discarded/recycled.

Perishable packages not picked up will be discarded.

USPS packages can be forwarded to your address on file at your request. All other packages (i.e. Amazon, UPS, DHL, etc) will require a prepaid label sent to us via email. Please email centralmailservices@naz.edu. for requests/inquiries.
