Nazareth University is proud to be home to three art galleries on campus, curated by the Art and Design Department faculty.
The vision of the Arts Center Gallery is to be regionally and nationally recognized as an aesthetic showcase that contributes to the cultural and educational life of students, faculty, and the larger community. The gallery provides a venue for high-quality, diverse artwork that advances artistic exploration. Exhibits are upon invitations only.

Established through the generous support of artist and art educator Margaret Colacino, the Margaret Colacino Gallery serves as a cultural and educational resource for Nazareth students as well as the greater Rochester community. Its goal is to complement the liberal arts by fostering critical thinking, visual literacy, and aesthetic values. In addition to exhibitions generated in-house, artists are invited to submit a proposal for a solo or small group shows to Holland Houdek, Gallery Director. The Margaret Colacino Gallery is on the second floor of the Arts Center, in the Art and Design Department wing.

Awarded a grant from the Max and Marian Farash Charitable Foundation, Nazareth University is pleased to host the region’s first academic New Media Gallery. The Gallery provides digital and video formats for cutting-edge electronic work from around the world. With new methods for creative expression, the Gallery gives participating artists new levels of interactivity between themselves and their audiences. Artists are invited to submit a proposal for solo or small group shows to Holland Houdek, Gallery Director. The Arts New Media Gallery is located inside the Arts Center Gallery.
