Who are the tutors in the English Language Center?

The ELC tutors come from a variety of backgrounds.  Some of our tutors are community volunteers looking for an opportunity to be involved in education and/or the international community.  Others are students who are pursuing a degree in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) who use the ELC to gain practical experience in their field.  Additionally, many of our tutors are also graduate and undergraduate students at Nazareth College, pursuing degrees in a variety of fields,  who have applied  for tutoring jobs through the Center for Student Success.

Can I become a tutor in the ELC?
