Colombian traditional dances are a blend of three different ethnic groups: Native Colombian, African and European, mostly Spanish. This class is a fun way to learn about the country through its dances.
Columbia is divided in four regions: Caribbean Coast, Pacific Coast, Andes Region and Ester Plains. In this master class, meet the different main rhythms from each region, such as Cumbia, Currulao, Pasillos, and Joropo.
Traditional dances are spontaneous and people mostly dance in pairs and as a group.
