Teacher Preparation for Urban Schools

In collaboration with the Rochester City School District and its community partners, the Teacher Opportunity Collaboratives (TOC) program helps prepare teachers of color to address the learning needs of students in high-need schools. It targets individuals who are historically underrepresented and underserved in the teaching profession and offers support and skills to address the unique learning needs of at-risk students.
