Nazareth Yoga Programs Earn National Recognition

Nazareth College’s yoga programs are gaining national recognition.  The College’s Yoga Revolution on Campus won a 2014-2015 Student Affairs Administrators in Higher Education (NASPA) Excellence Award in the broad category including International, Multicultural, Cultural, LGBTQ, Spirituality, Disability, and Related. NASPA uses Excellence Awards to recognize the outstanding contributions of institutions that are transforming higher education through exceptional programs, innovative services, and effective administration.

Nazareth Students Earn Prestigious 2015-16 Fulbright Awards

Nazareth College is proud to announce that the J. William Fulbright Foreign Scholarship Board has selected Quinton Harvey, Ebony Edwards, Stephanie Adams, and Kara DuChene as recipients of the 2015-2016 U.S. Junior Fulbright award. In the last five years, there have been 20 Fulbrights awarded to Nazareth College students. In October 2014, the Chronicle of Higher Education recognized Nazareth among the top producers of Fulbright U.S. student awards in its category of master's institutions.

Microsoft's Gail Evans Speaks at Nazareth's Commencement, May 10

Nazareth College celebrated its 88th annual Commencement at the Blue Cross Arena in Rochester on Sunday, May 10, with an address from Gail Evans of Microsoft. Evans, a Nazareth alumna,delivered the address to the Class of 2015 in a joint ceremony with both undergraduate and graduate students receiving their degrees.
