Stephen LaSalle II to Receive 2014 School of Management Distinguished Alumni Award

Nazareth College’s School of Management (SOM) is pleased to present Stephen LaSalle II ‘83 with the 2014 Distinguished Alumni Award. LaSalle was chosen based on his business success, service to others, commitment to ethics and social responsibility, and his unwavering support of Nazareth College. LaSalle will accept his award at the SOM Honor Society Induction on Sunday, April 6 at 10 a.m. in Room A-14 of the Nazareth College Arts Center. Nazareth College is located at 4245 East Avenue, Rochester, N.Y. 14618.

LaSalle is currently the chief financial officer for the Lifetime Health Medical Group in Rochester, N.Y. Prior to joining Lifetime, LaSalle served in a variety of senior finance positions that included vice president of finance roles at UCB Pharmaceuticals and Celltech Pharmaceuticals. These roles capped a sixteen year career in the pharmaceutical industry during which LaSalle gained significant experience managing through five corporation acquisitions and restructurings.

He serves as a member of the SOM Advisory Council and serves on the Finance Degree Program Advisory Council for Nazareth College. LaSalle has also volunteered his time by providing help through internships and personal counseling to students. He also serves on the board of Consumer Credit Counseling Services and several youth organization boards in the greater Rochester area. After graduating from Nazareth College, LaSalle received an MBA in finance from Rochester Institute of Technology.
