Nazareth Appoints Two New Board of Trustees

Nazareth College is pleased to announce Gigi Lamb and Cleve Killingsworth as new members of the College’s board of trustees.

Lamb is senior vice president of human resources for Constellation Brands, where she provides strategy and leadership for HR functions and programs across the business.

She has been an employee of Constellation since 1995 and has held vice president roles in sales administration, sales promotions, and human resources. Prior to her career with Constellation, Lamb worked at Chase Manhattan Bank for over twelve years. She earned her undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Rochester.

Currently, Lamb is chairman of the human resource advisory committee for Nazareth College’s School of Management. She is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management, the women’s education club and the women’s leadership council for United Way.

Killingsworth has been in the healthcare industry for more than 30 years. Currently, he is the president and chief operation officer of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts (BCBSMA).

He is a current faculty member of the Harvard School of Public Health and serves on the Harvard Medical School Board of Fellows. Killingsworth is an active member in the healthcare industry as he advocates for healthcare reform, particularly concerning more efficient management practices, information technology in healthcare, and the need to improve the quality and safety of medical care. In 2002, Northwood University honored Killingsworth as one of America’s “Outstanding Business Leaders.” He is a graduate of Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Yale University.

Prior to his work with BCBSMA, Killingsworth was president and CEO of the Health Alliance Plan (HAP) in Detroit, Michigan. Under his leadership, HAP provided value to its more than 500,000 members by fostering patient-centered relationships among healthcare delivery systems, practitioners, and health plans.
