Camp College Prep, a four-day seminar designed to support high school sophomores and juniors pursuing college admission, will offer two sessions this summer at Nazareth College.
Nazareth College is located at 4245 East Avenue, Rochester, N.Y. 14618.
In addition to covering topics such as how to search for scholarships and how to create an effective resume, Camp College Prep will work with high school students on the best way to prepare for the re-designed SAT and ACT. Students also will learn more about the college admissions timetable, how to develop a successful college application, how to get the most out of your college visit, and more.
John Serafine, lead counselor at Fairport High School, and John Baynes, English teacher at Fairport High School, are the instructors for Camp College Prep.
The registration fee is $275. A maximum of 25 students are accepted for each session, on a first-come basis. For a registration form or further information, contact John Serafine at 585-330-0103, email campcollegeprep@yahoo.com, or visit www.campcollegeprep.com.
