Nazareth Hires New Financial Aid Customer Service Coordinator

Nazareth has hired Ann Knaak as the College’s financial aid customer service coordinator. She will be the primary lead on all inbound communication and provide quality customer service to students, parents, and other members of the Nazareth community. Additionally, she will be responsible for all data integration in the Financial Aid office, including timely and accurate processing of all FAFSA applications. 

Knaak was previously a client education specialist at College Assistance Plus. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from SUNY Brockport and her master’s degree in education from Nazareth College.
