Nazareth College and The Community Place Host Students from Leeds, England

Nazareth College and The Community Place of Greater Rochester (CPGR) host a student delegation of international community development volunteers from their partner institution in England, Leeds Beckett University.  From July 20-August 3, students participate in a two-week long community development project with the CPGR.

Nazareth Best Buddies Club Receives National Fundraising Award

Nazareth College’s Best Buddies Club was recognized with a national award for raising nearly $15,000 for the group’s annual Friendship Walk. While at the Best Buddies Leadership Conference at Indiana University-Bloomington, the group earned a top national fundraiser award beating out schools four times the size like the University of South Florida.

A $50 thousand grant from the Florence M. Muller Foundation is giving Nazareth College Health and Human Services students and faculty the ability to provide developmental screenings for the Children's Institute GROW program during the 2019-20 school year.
