Nazareth College has top undergraduate and graduate programs in Rochester in RBJ 2020 Reader Rankings

Published June 22, 2020

Nazareth College's undergraduate and graduate programs are earning top marks in the Rochester region in the new 2020 Reader Ranking Awards from the Rochester Business Journal and The Daily Record.

Nazareth is an honoree in two categories due to its quality selection of academic programs: best graduate program and best undergraduate program.

Nearly 6,000 nominations were collected in March. The winners were determined by nearly 40,000 votes cast from May 4-29.

"Nazareth is committed to offering outstanding academic programs with many opportunities for hands-on learning that our students and parents expect. To be honored by readers from the Rochester Business Journal and The Daily Record is an excellent acknowledgement that we are serving our students really well, and it's exciting to know that the Rochester public is recognizing our dedication," said Andrea Talentino, Nazareth's vice president for academic affairs.

Nazareth's strong academic programs prepare students well for careers and for making a difference in the community and in the world — their life's work. The College has 60+ undergraduate majors and 20 grad programs.

Beginning July 20, a top winner in each category will be announced and all three winners will be honored through daily videos posted on RBJ.net, nydailyrecord.com and both publications' social media channels.

Nazareth is also recognized as among the country's best institutions for undergraduate education by The Princeton Review's Best 385 Colleges, 2020 Edition.
