Naz at Rochester Pride
Theme
Rochester Pride's theme is Enchanted Pride. Nazareth's sub-theme is Nazareth's Enchanted Garden with visions of flowers, mushrooms, fairies, butterflies, and magical beauty!
Parade
The parade starts on South Ave on Saturday, July 18, 2026, at 11 a.m. (lineup will be at 10:30 a.m. for marchers)! A registration form will go live in June for those who would like to march with Naz students, staff, faculty, alumni, families, and friends.
We hope that you'll join us for this year's Rochester Pride! Naz is a proud sponsor of Rochester Pride.
NOTE: When you register to march with Nazareth, you can check housing and/or mixer registration on there do complete all three in one form. Or, you can do them separately should you decide later to need to register for housing and/or mixer.
Festival
The Pride Festival will be at Highland Park (Beikirch Park) 11am-6pm. on Saturday, July 18th, which is at the end of the parade route. Nazareth University will be one of the many vendors with a table of swag, games, and ready to celebrate all day! Be sure to purchase your own tickets to attend the festival. If you register to march with Naz, you will STILL need to purchase festival tickets to enter the festival grounds.
Housing
Naz Residential Life will be providing on-campus housing for Rochester Pride!
CURRENT STUDENTS:
$15 per night
ALUMNI/FRIENDS/GUESTS:
Single Room: $59.36 per night
Double Room: $53 per night
Apartment Room: $79.50 per night
NOTE: If you already registered for housing through the parade form, there is no need to complete this registration form. If you are adding on housing or only doing housing, you may use this registration form.

Transportation
Shuttle service will not be provided for the parade, however there is a pride shuttle service offered by Trillium Health. Please refer to the Trillium Health Rochester Pride FAQs for information about parking and shuttle offerings.

SUNDAY: Rochester Pride Picnic

The Roc Pride Picnic is hosted by Rochester Rainbow Seniors. We will have a tent, tables, fidget toys, bubbles, and some swag. Sign up is encouraged on the parade registration form to attend the picnic! Bring food and be ready to celebrate!
MONDAY: Sign Making

Join us in the Reading Lounge to make your own flower crown for pride with Naz's Makerspace! No sign-up required, but mark on the parade signup which events you plan to attend to help with planning purposes!
FRIDAY: Pride Party @ Naz
Friday 7/17 | 5:00-7:30pm | Golisano Training Center Patio & Foyer
The community will gather the night before Pride to relax and mingle before we march together! Join for pizza, wings, and a cash bar (including a themed mocktail!) Please register either in the parade form, or you can register for the Pride Mixer separately!
SATURDAY: Roc Pride Parade & Festival
Saturday 7/18 | 11am-6pm | Rochester, NY
Registration to march in the parade with Naz will open shortly. Sign up soon to be guaranteed a Naz swag bag! The Naz @ Rochester Pride webpage has information on all pride events and how to register for marching, housing, picnic, and more! If you wish to attend the festival, you will need to purchase your own tickets through Trillium Health. Fight Food Insecurity
Now through July 19th
Celebrate Pride by Fighting Food Insecurity: Supporting Trillium Health's Food Pantry. This Pride Month, the Nazareth University community is invited to help fight food insecurity by donating non-perishable food items to support the Trillium Health Food Pantry, serving members of our greater Rochester community, including LGBTQ+ individuals and families. Food collection bins can be found in 4 locations across campus: Shults (near info desk), GAC (CFLW hallway), YWRI (lobby) and the Library (near Millie's). Together, we can celebrate Pride by caring for our community and helping ensure that everyone has access to nutritious food.
