Alumni Spotlight

Brody Cord '17
Business and Spanish double-major; Chief Sales Officer and Partner, Tenzo Tea

"One of the main reasons I chose Naz was the student-to-teacher ratio in the business major. At the other schools, I would be one of 600 in a lecture hall, vs. one in 25 or 35 in a class. I loved being able to talk to my teachers, get a perspective on why we're learning this, and to connect personally and professionally with my teachers as well as the students around me. It helped me learn how to learn. In my business, I'm constantly learning new things every day. It was hard to maintain good grades in two majors while playing volleyball, but it taught me to structure my time effectively to overcome new obstacles."
