On-campus Visits

If you are transferring from another college, contact Transfer Admissions at 585-389-2053 or tradmissions@naz.edu to schedule an appointment.

Regretfully, due to measures to protect the health and safety of our campus guests and community, we cannot accept walk-in visit requests so please register 24 hours in advance of your planned visit date.

Due to New York state travel restrictions, Nazareth is not allowing students from the following states to attend one of our on-campus events at this time, unless you have quarantined for 14 days prior to visiting. Please note that this list of states may change each Tuesday.

Auditions and Portfolio Reviews

All applicants for visual and performing arts degrees (art education, studio art, visual communication & design, and all dance, music, musical theatre, and theatre programs) must audition or show a portfolio, to be considered for admission and scholarships. Non-music majors who'd like to perform in a College ensemble and compete for a music scholarship also must audition. Portfolio/audition details and how to prepare.

Portfolio reviews are required for majors/minors in art education, studio art, or visual communication design. How to prepare & what to expect.

Auditions are required for majors/minors in dance studies. How to prepare & what to expect.

Musical Theatre Auditions

Nazareth College is a participant in the Musical Theater Common Pre Screen for the 2020–21 cycle. Each piece should be filmed/uploaded as a separate piece of media. No continuous videos. All prescreen videos should be uploaded to Nazareth’s Acceptd account. How to prepare & what to expect.
