Hours: The admissions office is open weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for personal information meetings, and most Saturdays for information sessions. All scheduled visits include a campus tour. Our campus also hosts special events and open houses, detailed below.

What: Campus tours, admissions presentations, financial aid planning sessions, student panels on student life, overviews of internships and career planning, information sessions hosted by faculty in the major(s) that you are considering, discussions about how to prepare an art portfolio or music audition, and more.

When: Check-in begins at 9 a.m. in the Arts Center. Open house concludes at 2 p.m.

Saturday/School Break Information Sessions & Tour (Multiple Dates): See dates and register here »

What: Led by an admissions staff member, info sessions provide an overview to prospective freshmen of what makes Nazareth distinctive, explain admissions and financial aid processes and procedures, and answer your questions.

When: Please arrive at 9:45 a.m. Information sessions begin at 10 a.m., include a tour, and end about noon.

Weekday Visits & Tours: Register Here »

Monday and Friday visits: Prospective freshmen and families go on a student-led tour of campus followed by a presentation about Nazareth by one of our Admissions counselors.

Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday visits: Prospective freshmen and families go on a student-led tour, and have an opportunity to meet with an Admissions counselor.

Start times: Choose 10 a.m. or 2 p.m. Please arrive 15 minutes early. We'll email to you a confirmation of your registration.

Where: The weekday sessions and tours depart from the white Admissions House, 4141 East Avenue, Rochester, NY 14618. Parking is next to the building and the driveway entrance is on East Avenue (north of Nazareth's North Campus Drive). Please walk in from the front porch.

All applicants for Art, Dance, Music, Music Theatre, and Theatre degrees must schedule an audition or a portfolio review. The date of the audition will determine the notification procedure.

Transfer Thursdays: Register Here »

Who: Undergraduate students attending, or who have attended, another college and are thinking of transferring to Nazareth.

When: Weekday sessions are typically offered once a month from 2 to 4 p.m. Upcoming:

  • June 25
  • July 16

What: Campus tour, followed by an overview of transferring to Nazareth by our senior assistant director for transfer admissions and our transfer credit evaluator in Academic Advisement. 

Where: The sessions and tours depart from the Palladoro Reception Vista, located in the Arts Center building.

Who: Undergraduate students attending, or who have attended, another college and are thinking of transferring to Nazareth.

When: Evening or weekend. Upcoming:

  • Fall Dates TBA

What: Overview of transferring to Nazareth and an opportunity to meet with faculty from your major of interest. Registration is strongly encouraged, to ensure a departmental representative will be present.
