"Representatives from our partner universities outside of the United States have expressed a significant need to equip teachers with skills to support more complex learners in the classrooms of today. This program is ideal for students from countries outside the United States who want to increase their knowledge and skills of educational pedagogy and practice and are not seeking certification to teach in New York state. "
