"The combination of in-person and online learning, paired with the progressive curriculum really gave the programs a competitive advantage to the others I was exploring. I would highly recommend human resources professionals exploring higher education to consider these programs as they will advance your career and knowledge in the field immensely." — Brad Ford '14, '18G, '20G

of Nazareth's School of Business and Leadership graduate students in the class of 2023 were employed within six months of graduation.
“My grad degree has helped me to accelerate in my career and obtain a promotion much sooner than I had ever anticipated. I enjoyed the small student-to-faculty ratio in my program as it allowed the classes to be more discussion-based and engaging. The assignments were relevant and applicable in the workplace, which allowed me to put into practice some of the concepts/theories we were discussing in the classroom. My Naz grad program offered flexible class times and methods allowing me to advance my professional career while still completing my studies. The professors in the School of Business and Leadership are very easy to get in touch with and were very accommodating/understanding of my needs as a student and full-time employee.”
