Complete your application online through the Communication & Speech Disorders centralized application (CSDCAS), which includes submitting transcripts, professional statements, and three letters of recommendation.

All materials must be submitted and verified by CSDCAS by the application deadline for your indicated start term.

Transcript details
  • Submit transcripts from all colleges attended
  • DO NOT send your transcript directly to Nazareth University. We are not able to upload transcripts into CSDCAS. They need to be sent directly to CSDCAS.

Application Fee

If the application fee is a barrier:

  • CSDCAS Fee Assistance Program for qualifying students. 
  • Additionally, we have a limited number of CSDCAS application fee waivers available. To be considered for a fee waiver, complete the CSDCAS Application Fee Waiver Request form. Requests must be submitted by the following dates:
    • Fall start term: December 15
    • Spring start term: August 8
